We repair gas and electric dryers in Roseburg and the rest of Douglas County. That covers no heat, long dry times, loud running, and machines that will not start at all. You pick a day and a morning or afternoon window, and we come out, find the cause, and give you an upfront price before any work begins.

We are a locally owned company, and dryers are one of the calls we run most. A dryer that tumbles but stays cold can have five different causes, and they range from a cheap thermal fuse to a failed element. Testing each part in order is how you avoid paying for a part that was never bad.

What We Check and Repair

Heat problems get traced in order. On an electric dryer that means the heating element, both thermal fuses, the cycling thermostat, the high limit, and the power at the outlet, since a dryer on half its voltage will tumble happily and never warm up. On a gas dryer we check the igniter, the flame sensor, the gas valve coils, and the same thermal protection parts.

Noise is mechanical. Drum rollers, the idler pulley, the belt, and the blower wheel each make a different sound, and a coin or a bra wire loose in the blower housing sounds worse than it is. We pull the panel, spin the drum by hand, and find it rather than guessing.

Long dry times are usually airflow, not the dryer. A restricted vent run traps heat, trips the high limit, and cooks the parts around it. We check the lint path from the trap to the exterior cap and tell you honestly whether the fix is a part or a clogged duct. Our Certified Master Appliance Technician tests a full heat cycle before leaving.

Symptoms We See Most

Most dryer calls we run start with one of these.

  • Runs but does not heat
  • Clothes still damp after a full cycle
  • Squealing, thumping, or grinding
  • Will not start or stops mid cycle
  • Shuts off early and the load is hot
  • Burning or scorched smell

Brands We Service

We work on all major brands, gas and electric. Having the model number ready helps us arrive with the right parts on the truck, so send a photo of the model plate with your request if you can find it.

How a Service Call Works

You pick a day and a morning or afternoon window. We show up, look at the dryer, and find the real cause. The grand opening diagnostic is $99, and that $99 goes toward the repair when you have us do the work.

Before anything gets replaced, you get an upfront price for parts and labor and you approve it. No surprise line items at the end. We serve Roseburg, Sutherlin, Winston, and the rest of Douglas County.
